Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with us we hold that space especially for you for your convenience. We understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, but last minute cancellations and no-shows can financially kill a small business. Therefore we politely ask that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason within 48 hours of your appointment time that you pay 50% of the treatment cost. This will be waivered if we are able to rebook your appointment slot with someone else (the more notice we get the more chance we have to refill it). If you fail to show at all we will have lost the income due and thus there is a 100% fee of the treatment price payable. After all, how would you feel if you turned up for work to be told they don't need you and you're not going to be paid! If you are not happy to pay this, then please can we ask that you opt to take your chance for a walk-in appointment on the day you require your treatment. Thank you for your understanding, Sarah
